Donald
Cleaver, the founder of Cleaver Construction, is a
well-known and trusted contractor who has gained a
reputation for "excellent service" during his 34 years
in the construction business. Don grew up in Toms
River, New Jersey, and has lived in this area throughout
his life. He grew up admiring the construction business
as he watched his community expand with new homes, new
developments and new malls. He knew he wanted to be in
the construction and development business early on.
In 1989, he
left his construction management position, and started
Cleaver Construction. It was from then on that he began
to build custom homes, and make the dreams of many come
true. The subcontractors that work for Cleaver
Construction have worked for him for over 18 years, and
work very well together.
