Recently Cleaver Construction completely reconstructed our home in Mantoloking.  The project was somewhat challenging since we were adding a significant amount of square footage but were limited by the existing foundation and plot size for construction.  This letter is written as a referral and in recognition of the quality and efficiency of the final outcome of our home.

Throughout the project you were always available for consultation, and were continuously at the building site, therefore you had a complete understanding of each aspect of construction and were able to make decisions as the work progressed.  Although we had an excellent architectural plan, your recommendations for reframing and other structural adjustments to the plan improved the final layout and enhanced both the living space and the value of the house.

Your ideas on the interior of the house including trim, kitchen layout and cabinetry were excellent and again went a long way in ensuring that the final outcome enhanced the value of the construction and both included our ideas and met our expectations for design and quality.

Overall the project was completed on time.  There were no significant time lapses between building phases thus allowing the project to be completed in a cost efficient manner.  I would whole heartedly recommend your company to anyone considering building a new house or remodeling an existing home.  Everyone who has seen the house has been extremely complementary.
